Three Days I Get Asked For Most
These are starting points, not fixed packages. Take one as it is, or mix them up.
01. First Time in Bali
Full day, around 10 hours Tegallalang rice terraces early before the buses, Tirta Empul water temple, lunch somewhere in Ubud, then Tegenungan waterfall on the way back. A good first day to get your bearings.
02. Sunrise and the Mountains
Extended day, start around 2am Up to Batur for the sunrise, coffee by the caldera after, then the lakes at Bedugul and Handara on the way down. Long day, but the one people send me photos from months later.
03. South Coast and Sunset
Full day, afternoon start Melasti beach, then the cliff temple at Uluwatu for the Kecak dance at sunset, and seafood on the sand at Jimbaran after. I know which side of the amphitheatre to sit on.
